唔得,我試過重新安裝XP2都唔得 佢都仲係話我print spooler有問題無法啟動
我冇左呢個spoolsv.exe file,請問可以係邊到download番

I assume that you're using XP. Please re-install SP2, the file should be extracted to the c:\windows\system32 folder. And the service will resume.Please reply if this still not working, there will be another workaround but more difficult. Try this easier first.
