Can anyone tell me how to pronounce LORRAINE, a place in France, and the exact location of it?

Lorraine...You want the pronouncation of this = =?
I can't tell but I know its chinese name -- 洛林
It is a region in the north-east of France.
I didn't find the 'exact location' of Lorraine, but I find the longitude and latitude of Metz, one of the major cities in Lorraine, for you: 49.08N 6.10E.
