1) Since the cell is dead, it has no reaction with the fluid outside it, therefore, osmosis would not occur, therefore, it won't become turgid, flaccid or occur anything.2) Water from the cytoplasm will leave the cell and diffuse out of the cell. The cytoplasm becomes smaller.
