If u think 1398 is a good stock like #5, after u sell it, what stock you want to buy back or quit to buy stock ? I will keep it like #5 for long term except u need money, I guess it will go to $10.- within one / two year, at least wait until end of Chinese new year, good luck !

Short term , can throw already, earn so much then throw. if long term no need throw till you satisfy the price.
