From Shinjuku Prince Hotel to DisneySea
1. By Direct Bus
You can go to
"JR Shinjuku Station New South Exit
JR Highway Bus Terminal Tokyo"
(ＪＲ新宿駅新南口ＪＲ高速バスターミナル)
to take the Direct Bus.
It take about 40 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea
The fare for an adult is 800 Yen (One-way)
However, there are just a few number of bus. And buses may be delayed due to heavy traffic on the roads.

2. By Train
You can go to the Shinjuku Station (新宿駅) and take the JR Chuo Line [Rapid Service] (ＪＲ中央線快速) to Tokyo Station (東京駅). [Travelling time: 14 minutes.]
Then change to the JR Keiyo Line-JR Musashino Line (京葉線・武蔵野線) to Maihama Station (舞浜駅). [Travelling time: 16 minutes.]
Total Fare (from Shinjuku to Maihama): 380 Yen
At Maihama Station (舞浜駅), you can change to the Disney Resort Line to go to DisneySea.
Disney Resort Line
It takes about 8 minutes and the fare for an abult is 250 Yen (Single journey)
