1.apple,walk 1(l walk to the table to eat an apple.)
2.house,Japan,elephant 2.(Tom have a house in Japan,Mary have watch an
elephant shows in Thailand.)

1. 文法上正確, 但中文化, 不如改成以下般:

I walk to the table to get an apple

(可參考這個 http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action)

2. Tom have a house in Japan.
由於 Tom 係第三身 , 所以用 has

May have watch an elephant show in Thailand.
由於 Mary 係第三身, 所以用 has ... 由於是現在完成式, 所以是 has watched.

elephant 唔會用 watch.... watch an elephant show 其實係正確, 只會係 see an elephant. an elephant show (show 不用加 s, 除非你想講多個 show

但係如果要用 house, Japan, elephant 去組成句子 , 這兩句又好像有點不關連

Mary had been watching TV about the elephant show when she was in the house in Japan.
