我想知究竟reducing sugar係咩黎嫁!
我研究左D notes好耐都未參透到reducing sugar係咩..........
各位bio既高手請幫幫手啦......

A reducing sugar is any sugar that forms some aldehyde or ketone.

This allows the sugar to act as a reducing agent, for example: Benedict's reaction.

Reducing sugars include glucose, glyceraldehyde, lactose, arabinose and maltose.

sucrose is not a reducing sugar.

其實係d 糖有
ketone or aldehyde 官能基就係

AL認識既糖除左sucouse之外
都係reducing sugar.
