1. put a slice of bread under.
2. put some meat and vegetables on it.
3. last, put a slice of bead on top.

How to make a hamburger?
To make a hamburger you will need the followings:

Two pieces of breads.
Some grounded beef.
Lettuce.
Tomato.
Ketchup and Mustard.
Procedure:

BBQ the grounded beef according to you taste.
Toasted the breads.
Put the lettuce and tomato on the bottom bread.
Put the cooked beef on top of them.
Put the ketchup and mustard on beef.
Put the top bread on.
That is how you make a hamburger.
