Planning a Vacation.......................1111111111111

father: john, christmas is coming. we shall have ten days vacation. what would you ropose for our vacation?
john: I'd like to take a trip to Canada.
May: No, it's too cold there in winter.
john: you can wear more clothes.
mother: it's too clumsy to put on so many clothes. we are on holiday and should be very relaxing. I hate to bring so much luggage with us.
john: but, i really like a white christmas. i like snow. I like skiing on a steep slope. The feeling is great. I never have this chance. I dream I can ski at least once in my life.
father: Skiing is a good idea. But, you should at least learn it first before you practise it. Otherwise you will get hurt and lose many other chances. It's only two months from now. I'm afraid you don't have enough time to learn.
mother: why not go to some warmer place?
May: Hong Kong is a good place.
Father: O no. We are living in Hong Kong every day. It's pointless to stay in other places in Hong Kong where we don't visit.
Mother: Then, Macau is a good choice. It's warm. And its culture is similar to ours.
John: The most attractive spots in Macau are its casinos. You three can visit casinos. But I can't. I don't feel happy about that.
Mother: Then let's think about a warm place that is suitable for all of us.
May: I can think of two most popular places: Thailand and Singapore.
Father: Why not include Malaysia and the Phillipines?
Mother: Yes, these four will do.
father: Which one is most lovely for te days?
Mother: Most tourism agency do not provide Phillipines travel for more than seven days.
Father: Then, we'll drop it out.
John: Most Hong Kong people go to Thailand. Thailand people are kind and friendl. Things are cheap. Foods are tasty. We can stay there for more than ten days!
May: But we've been there two years ago. Let's go somewhere a little bit special.
Father: I've a business friend Mr Chan who just brought a large house in Singapore. He has invited me to visit him. He can provide free accomodation for us for more than ten days.
Mother: That's a good idea. Moreover, most Singaporese can speak Mandarin. We'll felllike home there but not in Malaysia.
Father: is there any objection to choose Singapore?
