如果收到稅單先至發覺原來自己冇計人工俾自己(我自己開公司)， 結果個人免稅額又用唔到，仲交多好多稅......
其實有沒有辦法appeal?會唔會令稅局有懷疑appeal的動機.....

自己開的公司:----是不可以扣除自己的人工.
你可以選擇個人入息課稅, 這樣可以扣除個人免稅額 $100,000 及可以用 PROGRESSIVE RATE 來計算要繳交的稅款.
你只需從IRD網頁DOWNLOAN選擇個人入息課稅的表格(IR76C)填, 然後FAX 去稅局就可以了. FAX NO: 2877 1232.

You can phone Revenue department for enquire. They will assist you how to adjust it.
Moreover, you might appeal it by sending a letter to Revenue department stating that the true with correct Balance sheet and profit and loss statment.
