I think you cannot finish your journey within one day because the transportation time from Tokyo to Hakone (箱根) and returning time from 御殿場outlet to Tokyo already takes you nearly four hours.

It is better to stay in Hakone for 2 days becasue there are a lot of places for you to visit.


First day:

1. You can take the 小田急の特急列車 from 新宿 to 箱根湯本 (at least 1.5 hours)

2. You take the 登山電車 from箱根湯本 to 強羅 (40 min) and find a 溫泉

3. 從箱根熱門觀光景點、知名的溫泉勝地--強羅出發，箱根登山纜車以9分鐘的時間連結到早雲山車站為止的1.2公里路程。

4. 箱根登山纜車的終點站--早雲山車站，也是讓您感受到箱根旅遊樂趣之精髓的“箱根空中纜車”起點站。 纜車以30分鐘的行程連結早雲山車站到箱根的象徵--蘆之湖所在地--桃源台車站。

5. 桃源台站是箱根空中纜車的終點站，也是前往箱根的象徵代表地--蘆之湖的入口。連結桃源台站、箱根登山巴士的主要招呼站--元箱根、箱根町的就是“箱根海賊觀光船”。從桃源台到元箱根的旅程大約需40分鍾。

6. At last, you can take the “箱根登山巴士” from 元箱根 back to 強羅 (40 min)。


Second day,

1. You can take 箱根登山巴士 from 強羅 to 仙石原;

2. You can take Free Shuttle Bus from 仙石原 to 御殿場 outlet;

3. You can take 小田急高速巴士 from 御殿場 outlet back to 新宿.


At last, it is better for you to buy the 2 day or 3 day free pass for all the transportation stated above.
