Indesign: Page layout and assemblyGoLive: Building Website
Acrobat: Reading PDF (portable document format) file (Reader version) and make PDF edit (professional version only)
Version Cue: version tracking of your document within Adobe software workflow.
For 3D, you need software like, 3d studio max, autocad or maya..etc
