開業誌慶的英文?小型辦公室搬遷用

辦公室搬遷，想邀請10多名伙伴前來慶祝,有簡單小食預備，應該英文叫什麼？

中文是否叫開業誌慶？
英文是否叫Grand Opening?
好似好誇張？
應該英文如何叫呢？

只是遷址, 不是開張, 千萬不要用開業誌慶. 可以寫
---"搬遷新址"
---不要用"喬遷"這套語, 因為這是敬語, 用於別人, 不用於自己的
全文: 承蒙愛顧, 敝公司現已遷至xxxxxxx, 並將於x年x月x日下午x時, 於新址敬備茶點, 招待各位嘉賓. 恭候光臨.

英文:
