點解好的heat sink的heat capacity係越低越好的?thx!!!!!!!!

因為 heatsink 只是中「中間人」，他不是「cooling agent」， 用 heatsink 的目的只是幫助系統更有效接觸到系統的「cooling agent」，真正的「cooling agent」是 high heat capacity 的空氣（甚至是水）。如果 heatsink 是 high heat capacity，反而會降低空氣的冷卻效果，令到大部份能量仍然累積在 heatsink 中，不能有效從系統的排出。

A good heat sink shall have high thermal conductivity rather than high heat capacity.
The mechanism of a heat sink is to conduct away radpidly the heat generated from the source, and for which its conduction property is more important than its heat absorption property.
