You use a photo editing software to add the words on.You can use paint, but the best one is Photoshop. Unfortunately Photoshop costs quite a lot, so if you only want the very basic, use paint.
You may look online for other freeware that allows simple editing too.
Try www.download.com for a list of freeware.
