Pressure under work is considered by some inevitable. In fact, it is believed that a moderate degree of pressure may help raise motivation and thus enhance efficiency. Given also excess pressure would have a negative impact on the end result, it is vital important to identify the correct methodology in dealing with work under pressure.

Sources of pressure:

1.Job Nature
Prolonged hours of work; excessive work load; routine and repetitive tasks.

2.Work Environment
Crowded; unsafe; too hot or too cold working place

3.Interpersonal Relation
Poor association with peers and supervisors; poor collaboratuin and communication

4.Organisation and Management
Opaque definition of tasks; lack of approvals; lack of transparancy in terms of implementation of policies

Stress is unavoidable.
A right amount of stress may help us to inspire our potential, hence enhance our working efficiency.
however, too much stress will have negative impact to us.
knowing how to deal with stress from our working environment is very important.
Working pressure comes from:
1. The job itself.
Work load is too much, work time is too long, simple nut repeat working procedures.
2. Environment .
Cramming, dangerous, too hot and too cold environment.
3. Human relationship.
Relationship between boss or colleagues is not good enough, lack of interaction.
4. Organization and management.
Confusion between employee role and responsibility. Performance of employee is not agreed or appreciated. Policies are lack of clarity.
