Hi,
fresh, rich in nutrition and different breakfast is very important to keep young kids in good health.
I usually cook for my son's breakfast as following:
-thin noodle(廈門麵線) with boiled egg
-porridge with goose liver + sandwich or bread
-pancake with a little bit minced beefmeat + milk or juice
-fresh milk with bird's nest + sliced bread (he doesn't like )
-fried egg + fried sweet corn +milk or juice ...
my son doesn't like sweet things for breakfast. you may discuss with your son for his breakfast menu.
