我想問 Till, until, not until 的分別

"till " 同 "until " 基本上意思一樣, "till " 係舊式英文字, "until " 呢個字都係由佢演變出來, 所以呢兩個字可以交替使用.
大致上有兩個用法:
1. Preposition
用呢放响－個時間之前, 交待事件會直到什麽時候終結. 例如:
Lulu sleeps until/ till noon on Saturdays.
星期六Lulu 會目訓到中午.

2. Conjunction
用呢連貫住兩句句子, 同樣交待事件會直到什麽時候終結, 有時亦交待出事件的因果關係. 例如:
He couldn't buy his dream car until he saved enough money.
佢要儲夠錢先可以買佢架dream car. (佢買唔到架dream car, 係因為佢未儲夠錢)

而 "not until " 就差唔多即係我地的 "唔直到 _____先至_____", 有強調個原因或者件事的終結時間的效果. 通常在句子開頭, 或在 comma 之後.
用番頭先果兩個例子, 用 "not until" 就會寫成:
1. Lulu would not get up early on Saturdays, not until noon. (強調出Lulu 無禁早起身/唔到中午都唔起身)

2. Not until he saved enough money, he couldn't buy his dream car. OR
He couldn't buy his dream car, not until he saved enough money.
佢－日未儲夠錢, －日都買唔到架dream car (強調佢未儲夠錢)
