I've used all these three tinted moisturizers before.

for shiseido, i find it alright only. the texture is not as smooth and as light as laura mercier tinted moisturizer. personally, i feel that shiseido's products are not suitable for me.

for laura mercier tinted moisturizer, i tink it is really good. The texture is very light and it gives a natural glow. you can use the tinted moisturizer and then put some loose powder over to have a nude look. the coverage is very natural though so it won't help to cover the freckles or pigmentation. For the tinted moisturizer, it can also cover open pores, leaving your skin a very smooth texture. As for the tinted moisturizer oil free, it's coverage for open pores is very average.

so it depends which is your main objective. if you're looking more for to cover open pores like me, laura mercier tinted moisturizer is one of the best choice. if you have pimpled skin, laura mercier tinted moisturizer oil free is more suitable. it is because it will help to control your oily skin as well as giving your skin moisture.

actually, shu umera's make up base is very good also. it helps to control the t-zone oil problem but after applying it, your skin will be smooth but not dry. it has spf17, in mousse form. it also gives a very natural look, you won't look like you've put on any makeup :)
