我部mac已經裝埋windows 個system .敢我靜係想format os.係咪就敢入佢本身果隻碟就得架喇.會唔會有咩映向架.會唔會映向埋windows架....

I assume you are using Boot Camp Beta.It really should not affect anything because each OS is in an individual partition. When you are in Mac OS the Window partition will show up on the desktop but you can't write to it. In Windows, you can't even see the Mac partition at all.
