i also easy forget the duty when busy.
But you can list out what you have to do in a paper! It is the best way.
Once you have a new duty, drop down in the list.
Once you finished one duty, cross out from the list.
Everyday before your leave the office, list out all the pending works. Then, next morning when you come back, u study the list and then can have a plan to do the duty and will not miss any.
If you are working in office with outlook for email, you can mark the email by "follow" function. Or, you can use the alert function, set the time when the alert come out to remind you. Or use the calendar function to mark all the thing so that you can see all the thing clear.
Don't forget to bring a small notebook in your pocket. If your suddenly remember something you still have not done yet after office hour, write it down in the notebook and then check the notebook again every time you back to your job.
