NO

Blood pressure refers to the force exerted by blood on the walls of blood vessels.

The pressure of the circulating blood decreases as blood moves through the vessels. no relasionship with vavles.

the blood pressure in the veins lower because the blood moves far far away from the heart.

The function of vavles is prevent blood to reflux back down the veins

the use of the valves would not lower the blood pressure
there are three types of valves inside the heart.....
tricuspid valve
bicuspid valve
and semilunar valves
and also there are valves in veins
and one in the punemonary artery
all of them are used for the prevention of the floating back of the blood.....
