究意10合1係好事定壞事呢?

In order to issue A shares, according to the requirement and regulations in China, the company must do this (10合1). After 10合1, the board lot size become 400shares/lot, this has no effect on what you are holding.
For example: current price = $1.95, 4000shares/lot
you have: $1.95 X 4000 = $7,800

After 10合1: current price $19.50, 400shares/lot
you have: $19.50 X 400 = $7,800

Basically your investment remains unchange. But pay attention to this type of company, there are usually more tricks to follow. If the Stock Exchange in China allows #568 to issue A shares, sure they will do so because this type of company is usually short of cash. Investor should avoid this type of company.
