ie. use a motor to push or turn the wind power generator fan??
I asked someone, and they said it cant, as they got something call electric depreciation?? anyone can tell me? .......

but what my idea is, place a motor fitted with an arm in front of the fan, so once the motor is on, the arm will move the fan. You got my idea? so we need no wind? But the problem is, the power input to move the arm(or motor) is greater than the power generated by the fan.?
