佢比o左個ｍｉｃｒｏｇｒａｐｈ我... 我只知道大約個specimen幾大(apparent size) 但係我點知個magnification? (其他地方睇過晒都冇寫個magnification...)

你唔係一拎個specimen就要知用幾大magnification你係要先用低倍,調較光度等等,再慢慢較高倍,直致你應為ok為止..
例如50倍乜都睇唔到,咪用100倍囉
呢d野係要自己較,唔係人地比,人地都係自己摸索返黎再講你知架咋

咁你咪計返比例,本身個specimen 直徑幾長,你喺elcectron micrograph下又幾長,計返就佢放大幾倍

what other information do you have ?
