pdf file printing problem

view is okay but when I print it out, some symbols or words will became Chinese or monster words. Is it because I use Chinese Window and Adobe Acrobat Professional? Even the technical support of Adobe can't fix it. Pls help!

有冇攬錯, Adobe Technical Support 都唔掂. Try this.File --> Print, In the Print windows, click Advance, then check Print as image.
