A pot of water containing chickens is heated over a high flame until it boils . A low flame is then used to keep the soup boiling for 3 hours.
Q: Explain why the temperature of the boiling soup remains unchanged , even though it is being heated.

Because the soup has already reached its boiling point.
Likewise, no matter how long you heat up a pot of water, the temperature of the water would remain at 100 degrees Celcius, its boiling point.

因為個煲係會保住d温度,通常煲係銀色的,你平時見到d煲有d係黑色,其實只是加上一層黑色的物質,入面個層都係銀色的.
銀色有一特性,就係吸熱慢,散熱亦慢,不像黑色雖然吸熱快,但散熱亦快,因此煲是銀色的,目的是保持水煲的温度.
煲水時一旦個煲熱了,再用慢火,仍然d温度會keep住,唔會咁快散架!
