Ans: audience can be single/plural but you miss (the) before Audience.

1. The audience (if one audience only) looks at the screen and knows what the film is about. OR The audiences (if more than one audience) look at the screen and know what the film is about.

2. I know exactly about the film. Or I can know exactly what the film is going to be. (if you never see the film before)
