First, let's talk about the car. It's a four-cylinder engine with a supercharger (kompressor). The engine is quite powerful for its size/displacement, but the power curve is not linear, and may come on too sudden. Driver who are not familiar of the gas pedal and the power of this car may be shocked at the beginning. Stop and go traffic can be bumpy as well because the power may come in instantly, then you have to brake to stop the car.
Also, Mercedes Benz's supercharger, when operated, gives out a high-pitch whining noise, which can be very irritating. It pushed down the driving pleasure as the noise makes the driver think the car is not running smoothly, and actually the sound is very crude.
For new driver, this is not a bad car. The size is not too big and not too small. You just have to practice (as everyone should do with a new car) and find out the nature of the engine, how the power is delivered, and that's it.
