Intel PD 925己是上一代(netburst)架構,用電量/發熱量較高intel E2140是新一代(core)微架構,aithought speed is lower than PD 925,但用電量/發熱量較低,效能更高

Both of them is dual core,you better buy E2140 if your motherboard support it,otherwise, you can buy PD 925 if your motherboard does not support E2140!
