一題簡單的方程式

there is the answer of the formula
4x ^2 + 7x - 2 = 0
4(x^2)+7x-2=0
4(x^2)+7x=0+2
4x^2+7x=2
因為(4x^2)的(^2)的積是x,以不是(4^2x)跟前面的+7x不同,一條式如果有兩個不明數,是不可以加在一起的,因此答案包含不明數

對於你說的set formular是指程式設計,在數學上這是稱為"設式"set a forumlar with one or more unknowns, in a formula, there should have a equal sign.

the simplified steps are 4x ^2 7x - 2 = 0 4x ^2 7x = 0 24x ^2 7x =2

4x^2+7x-2=0
you know that for the highest power 4x^2, it can express in factor as 4x times x or 2x times 2x ,try it one by one~ if i decide to use 4x times x
then write out (4x+ )(x+ )
same as -2, you can only get -2 from -1 times 2 or -2 times 1, as we know that the middle term of x is 7x, so that it must be 1 time -2
(4x-1)(x+2) as from this you get 4x^2-x+8x-2, you get 4x^2+7x-2=0
so to simplify, it is (4x-1)(x-2)
if need to show step just write
4x^2+7x-2=0
(4x-1)(x+2)=0

(4x-1)(x+2)
