TO 既後面 doesn't need to change for most cases, but sometimes TO 既後面個動詞轉gerund. Then you have to add "ing".e.g.
I am looking forward to seeing you soon.
I prefer cycling to swimming.
It is grammatically wrong to write:
I am looking forward to see you soon.
I prefer cycling to swim.
don't , didn't , doesn't all don't need to change
