我有一次好耐冇乜點做過運動之後做完sit-up之後我個肚個個位係到抽筋!!
之後我連打[黑痴]都覺得肚個個位痛痛地!!
咁請問我係唔係肌肉拉傷左呀??
PS:如果係既話我應該點做呀??
都持續左成個星期嫁啦!!
唔該咁多位高人指點一下!!!!!
