um you just press look and feel
when you enter
you can see there is a place for you to put the link of your pic
but if your pic didn't have link
then you first upload your pic
when you finish uploading your pic
then press edit of your pic
then there wil lbe a link of your pic

and you just need to put the link in the look and feel
the bg place
then success gar lar

and bg music
again you upload that song then finished
