1. dial IDD code, (001 or 0060 or HKBN 1666, it's cheaper to use 0060 or 1666)2. dial UK country code (44),
3. dial area code,
4. dial phone no.
Alternate method is to use skype to talk free, if both you and your fd use broadband and install skype in the PC.
