Apollo frozen yogurt shop

Anybody knows where can I find Apollo (frozen yogurt) shop other than the one in the building opposite Causeway bay Sogo? Anyone can give me the full shops list? Especially in Mongkok/Yaumatei area or somewhere close. [Or probably the phone number of one of them, coz I tried to check on the phone directory, that seems not listed]

Apparently, they only provide Shop List + their addresses in Chinese:

Hong Kong Area:

For Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei area, i think the nearest shop is the Mong kok one:

A3 Shop, Ground Floor, Pak Cheung Building, 63A SHANTUNG STREET, KOWLOON
(九龍山東街63A號百祥大廈地下3a店)

Otherwise, the one at the Star Ferry Pier (TsimShaTsui side) should be very easy to find as well.

I only know there's one inside the Park n Shop in Olympian City.
