During 3 months of probation period, we find that your performance is good and able to reach our level. We are pleased to announce you pass the probation period and will become a permanent staff from (effective date).

**if you will revise her/his salary, you could write:

Your salary will be increased to HK$ xxx accordingly.

If you have any enquires, please inform you immediately.

試用期過後, 最好是老闆同人事部討論員工過去3個月嘅表現. 如果確實表現理想, 確認通過試用期, 就可以同員工見面(老闆或人事部), 討論員工過去3個月嘅表現, 然後發信.

I am pleased to inform you that you have passed our company's __-month (幾多個月的試用期?)probation period and hence, your offer as _________________ (員工的職位?) is now confirmed. Your salary would be raised from _______ to ________with immediate effect. (如員工有人工加的話)
