跑步拉傷條根點辨?

我係前幾日跑跑下步唔小心整傷條根,但係我E兩日仲跑激烈跑步,e家條根痛痛地,點算好?

如果靜止個陣冇紅、腫、痛、熱, 即係冇發炎, 俾d時間休息下, 自然會好。其間可以做下d附近關節ge伸展運動, 幫助復原。

小心咁拉下d根la!!but if u really feel pain,then this 2 two days don't run,if not the根斷左仲麻煩ar!!
