a)biochemistry
Biochemistry is the study of the chemical processes and transformations in living organisms. It deals with the structure and function of cellular components, such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules. Chemical biology aims to answer many questions arising from biochemistry by using tools developed within synthetic chemistry.

Today, the findings of biochemistry are used in many areas, from genetics to molecular biology and from agriculture to medicine.

b) chemical technology
Chemical technology is the study of chemical principles and their practical applications. This programme prepares students to become competent chemical professional engaging in the commercial trading and manufacturing activities of the chemical and related industries. The emphasis is on the applied and practical aspects of chemistry.

c) computational chemistry
study how to use some computer programmes to calculate and solve some mathematical problems of chemistry.

If u want to have further study, pure chemistry can be sub-divided into organic, inorganic, physical or environmental.
However, the research usually covered all the knowledge of chemistry.
For example, my current research topic is related to synthesis some new molecular sensor. They are some metal complexes. So, u may think that the field is inorganic. However, the ligands are organic and I need to set many organic reactions to synthesis the ligands. I need to measure its physical properties and the products are for environmental used.

3) 如果係以研究為大前題計, 其實除jor phy.chem 比較冷門之外(my feeling), 無話好唔好出路ge, 最緊要係你有興趣。當然, biochemistry會比較熱門la, 始終應用層面比較廣泛。
