Plz explain the difference between group financial statements and company financial statements

Group Financial Statement is representing as a whole of a parent comany and other subsidairy companies which are under the parent company together.Company financial statement is representing the company itself only. Not any other companies together.

Group Financial statements are the consolidated one from company's individual financial statement. But, please be noted of minority interest, and different GAAP requirement
