Just 一問

I finished just my homework,

I just finished my homework

Two different meanings: "I finished just my homework" could mean you have to finish multiple things, but you have just finished one of them, your HW. "I just finished my homework" could mean you have finished doing your HW not long ago.

1. I finished just my homework.
因為just是adv(副詞),just該放在動詞前,所以沒有finished just這回事。

I have only finished my homework.

3. I have just finished my homework.

- Does the former one (前者) mean that I have only finished the homework out of the various (多種的) work load (工作量)?
{錯! just在這裏並非解作「只是」。}

- Does the latter one (後者) mean that I have finished my homework for a while (一會兒)?
{對! just在這裏解作「剛剛」,剛做好一會兒。}
