i have been a leader and i like be a leader very much.
because i learn many from this.
be leader challenges me to learn how to be a responsible person.
the difficulties are how to let people persuasive you
and i beacame responsible.confident ,trustful and fair.

Correct:I have been a leader and I like to be a leader very much.Because I will learn many things from being a leader.Be a leader can change me how to learn to be a responsible person.The most diffculties things ae how to let people persuasive myself and how to become respomsible,confident,trustful and fair to others.I will try my best to do all my duties and never order others to do my things.

One of the difficulties is to be persuasive.To overcome it ,i always strive my best on my duties and not to blame others when there is a problem.
