唔可以, 就算簽左都無用, 任何文件都唔可以凌架勞工法例. 如果工人有左, 您須跟足勞工法例去埶行, 否則顧主會被檢控. 如果工人真係同意自己大肚就向您resign. 咁就唯有到時先算, 希望佢守諾言.
