Try your local Goodwill Industries store. Get them a little tight then wash them in really hot water and dry them in the dryer completely. ...or I could give you the really easy answer- eat ten doughnuts and wear what you have!!! (smile)

if you want cheap tight jeans, the easiest thing to do is but girl pants. or...you can buy a regular cheap pair, turn them inside out and sew them to the shape of your leg.
