睇下有咩Software係佔用空間大(CPU + Ram)
你知道嗰個係正常既就唔好cancel (Include System Idle Process係話你有幾多ram剩)
都係唔得既
你Check下自己既CPU + Ram係足唔足夠
或者可能燒左條ram都唔頂
如果以上方法都係唔Work.....
你可能要去黃金買ram了......

如果話要重組我反而唔認為你用重組.....因為太慢(除非你有好多時間....)如果你唔Mind係老翻試下Uwants既電腦討論區睇下有個O&O(老翻唔引Link...........)www.uwants.com仲有CC Cleaner係一個唔錯既選擇但係超級兔子都OK佢要你將個首頁轉去令一度.....先比你用但係佢既實用性真係好強你用完剷左佢就可以唔會煩住你..........
