by y=mx+cy*=-1/3x+4/3
y**=-1/3x-1/2
L1的slope係-1/3
L2的slope都係-1/3
能推出佢地係平衡or重疊
但L1同L2的c唔同,因此唔係相同的直線
因此佢地係parallel lines
so no intersection
