看過首兩集的《蜘蛛俠》，我們都會知道『英雄不易做』，因為「能力越高，責任越大」，就如《蜘蛛俠》的主角，如果他只是一個普通人的話，便可以正常談
戀愛，甚至結婚生子，而且家裡也不用安裝一部截聽器用來收聽市民報案的訊息。到了第三集，蜘蛛俠更加會告訴你，做英雄最難的其實是要面對自己的高傲，
皆因掌聲太多，定力少一點的話都會變得狂莽自大，失去自我。
故事結構本身非常完整，敵人一個接一個的出現，小綠魔、沙魔和外星怪客各有特點，特技效果一流，雖然影片長達兩個半小時，但娛樂性高，毫無悶場。杜比
