Our idea for the function SKT comes from the " trithlon's superman in Games " . This workshop' s aim is to show all participants ' abilities in physical education , especially in sports . The SKT can enable the participants to explore their talents and abilities . They can also know more about their strengths and weakness through practice . Why do we conduct this function for the young people / teenagers ? It is because most teenagers lack self-confidence and the goal of their desires . If they are required to make decision , they will feel confused or helpless .For example, after the announcement of the HKCEE , those candities who got the exam result below the standard would not know how to do for their future . Therefore, we hope that all participants can develop their pontential , thinking and creation , and know more about themselves through the particpation in our SKT .

When designs SKT this activity, when idea comes from three item of iron men fields, three item of iron men fields mainly are display the participant in the sports aspect ability, mainly is concentrates to the movement aspect, but SKT possible participant from various display from already only then ability, thus knows from already merit and shortcoming. Why is this active object the young people? I thought in the present society's young people mostly all lack self-confident and do not have the goal, when needs the institute definitely to select, often all feels feels helpless, for example: The area-wide student examination announces a list of successful candidates, when the result is not good, the partial young people all did not know how decides from already whereabouts. Therefore we hoped penetrates this activity, is displayed the participant the ON potential, the ponder and the creativity, reknows from already.
