Try this Digital Library software which is used by some countries such as New Zealand.The software name is GreenStone Digital Library software
which is an open-source development project (ie. FREE forever)

因你之前是用 excel 來處理圖書資料, 若係改用其他 software, 會有 import data, data conversion 或 重新輸入資料等問題, 還要學習新軟件的操作, 很不化算. 還是考慮怎樣改善你現行 excel 的 layout 吧.
