衫褲鞋襪-因人而矣 (求求其其得啦! 夏天/冬天各帶7套左右, 因為一星期洗一次衫麻, 厚褸)
風褸/外套-早晚溫差勁大
紙巾-個度都幾費, 同埋唔係好似hk人用咁多(因為我用好多)
小型手電筒-隨身帶備, 我去了半年, 停過3次電, 必帶
電腦配件-如usb, memory stick, cd-r, dvdr, 個邊好貴
太陽眼鏡-如果買有牌子超貴, 不過cheap野都有, 不過唔知會唔會壞眼

轉插 - hk約hk$8, oz約au5
文具
護膚品/化妝品 - 貴hk大約30-50%不等

証件, 入學文件, 錢, 旅行支票(安全D)
有牌子既野, 個邊就貴架啦, 如果有需要就帶

我見有d同學仔連洗頭水, 沖涼液, 牙膏都帶, 但我覺得無謂, 因為價錢唔係差太遠, 超磅重貴, 得不賞失. 況且去一年之麻, 你係去澳洲又唔係非洲, 個度乜都有得買, 唔洗擔心.

照我講, 帶乜都假, 最緊要帶你學習精神過去, 呢樣最重要. -- 因為我眼見好多同學仔, 帶同寄咗10多箱野過去, 遺獨唔記得帶心情過去讀書, 一星期逃學3天, 落PUB, 去赌場玩...... >..

如果你係for student d野,最好有部laptop,memory stick
好多時你都要有枝memory stick帶番學校print野之類
如果你認為有需要,可以買多個usb harddisk(哩樣可有可冇)
同埋你部laptop一定要install埋word,excel,powerpoint(ms office)
因為我有fd就係因為冇,而且係哩邊買要好貴
普通文具唔洗講啦
你衣物果d最好帶多1,2件厚褸,因為冬天真係好凍(我覺得)
同埋簿褸都帶d(for春/秋天),因為朝早同夜晚都會比較凍/大風
中午就出哂太陽好曬都得,d氣溫變得比較大
不過你10月黎果陣就黎係夏天,帶多d夏天衫就差唔多
你日常用品你可以帶唔帶都得,因為哩邊價錢都唔會差好多
同埋你要買d轉插器,因為同香港冇d唔同架

Where are you staying ???

coz when i was staying in my college's mews
They do not provide Donna or pillows. (nor the bed sheets )
So check with your accommandation provider.
Of coz if you want to , you can bring them over or buy it here. But they are alot more expensive over here.

You MUST have a USB , its important for a student , i think.

If you are studying Maths , or sometimes in Science degree, you will require to have a graphic calculator.
Some use TI-83 (Texas instruments) , some use Casio . So you better check with ur course coordinator.

Ear cleaner/ digger ... i know it sounds weird, but they really don't sell it here, they use the liquid cleaner , but personally , i think they dun work , so ....!

Try to find an anti-wind umbrella as well. Coz when it rains , its usually very windy.


IF you are bringing your own printer , REMEMBER to bring the inks as well... coz they are sooo expensive over here.

Depends what course you are doing ,
if you are doing science : lab coat and protective glasses MUST
If you are doing art/design/ archi: the art materials are kinda expensive over here. so maybe you wanna bring some over.

O... and some of the text book , you MAYBE able to find it in HK , well try if you can . Go to ur Uni's website and look up in the bookshop for wht book u need and the price , try to find them in HK and compare the price. Coz my fds buy their text book in Singapore, one Bio book may cost Sg$ 60 but if in AUS it costs AUS$ 110+
So you do wanna try and look around.

Remember to call your parent once you've reach.
But when you know your way round in Melb, go to china town (coz sometimes they'll have discount) and get Calling card, Try to get "Joy" or " It's Green" They are pretty good deal.
